 Thank you for considering “The Gables” for your future conference or seminar. You will have the exclusive use of our superb house. Including conference/meeting rooms set up in our gracefully appointed rooms which feature period furniture, lead light windows and open fire places. We have free off street parking for thirty-five cars as well as a serene garden and verandah. Perfect to clear the head during conferences. Room Hire inc. GST Included in room hire: water jugs, mints, cordless microphone, a low standing lectern white board markers, white board and pin board; 120cm x 100cm.

Option 1 Luncheon $28.00 per person Light luncheon of a selection of ribbon sandwiches or little filled rolls, a special hot dish, fresh fruit platter, cheese platter, orange juice, soft drinks, plunger coffee and Twinings tea. Option 2 Luncheon $40.00 per person Choice of a main meal served with garden salad, hot crusty bread rolls, followed by fresh fruit platter served with orange juice, mineral water, soft drinks, plunger coffee and Twinings tea. Wine optional. Option 3 Luncheon $48.00 per person Consist of a soup selection, two main courses served alternatively and one dessert. Served with a variety of soft drinks, juices and mineral water. Concluding with plunger coffee, Twinings tea and petit fours. Option 4 Buffet Luncheon $48.00 per person Consisting of a choice of three main courses served with two types of salad, followed by a dessert buffet consisting of two choices. Served with a variety of soft drinks, juices and mineral water and concluding with plunger coffee, Twinings tea and petit fours.  $24.00 per person A selection of savouries served with drinks from the bar. Drinks paid for on consumption. We will require a $200.00 deposit to confirm your booking. Final numbers are required 48 hours prior to your function and payment is on invoice. Discounted rates are available when booking more than one function.
