 High Tea happens every Wednesday and Sunday with two sittings 11.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm. The cost is $45.00 for a Wednesday and $55.00 for a Sunday and includes a glass of French Champagne.  The Gables will be open to the public for the first time in 90 years. High Tea at The Gables should have you racing to dust off your Sunday best.   Sip on a glass of French Champagne whilst delicately selecting which morsel you’re going to indulge in next.

 With every element hand made in The Gables kitchen your three tiered silver tea stand will tempt you with ribbon sandwiches, savoury pastries and scones with jam and cream.  When you’ve only the crumbs left on your fine bone china to remind you of these savoury delights, the sinful selection of sweet pastries, cakes and other delicacies’ your sweet tooth may crave awaits.
