To “all the wonderful Staff”,

Although it is now one week since the wedding of our daughter, Jacqui, to Jim Lamour on Saturday 15 November, we wanted to write a note to “The Gables” to thank everyone who, over the last 12 months since booking your beautiful venue, right up to and including the wedding and Reception at 12 noon, helped to make their wedding a very happy and special occasion, one which will provide wonderful memories for many years to come.

Prior to the wedding any request or queries made by us were always attended to in a helpful and friendly manner and on the day itself, the gardens and interior looked immaculate, and the service we received from your staff was wonderful.

We have received letters and telephone calls commenting not only on the above but also the food. It was all very well presented, tasted delicious and extremely generous quantities. My girlfriend, who has a Celiac problem, was most impressed with the care and attention she received.

We will certainly have no hesitation in recommending “The Gables” and it will always have a special place in our hearts.
