Dear Claire and Sharee,

This is a grateful thank you for your part in the successful evening we had on 8 October for my seventieth Birthday. We were pleased with all aspects of the planning that we did with both of you. It is reassuring to work with efficient people who actually do the things that they have promised to do.

We rated the night itself as a complete success. You seldom give a 10, but it was a good 9 or even 9.5. The food and drinks were of a high standard, and the service did not lack for anything. Sharee was present, and I know you worked very hard behind the scenes to make sure everything ran according to schedule.

We have had a number of inquiries about The Gables from our friends, and we would have no hesitation about recommending you for a party or a wedding. We know that, whatever the format, your service would be thorough.
