Deluxe Brunch Buffet

An elegant contemporary buffet consisting of whole cooked salmon, fresh asparagus with hollandaise, mini filled bagels, frittata, cold meats and cheeses, a selection of home-made danishes, fresh fruit platters, cereals, Bircha museli, and yoghurts.

All the traditional breakfast favourites scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, hash browns and tomato served with piping hot country toasts and crusty breads. All beautifully presented on our 100 year old dining table.

Plated Breakfast

Your guests breakfast table will include a basket of Danish pastries and a fresh fruit, cold meats and cheeses platter. Breakfast will then be served as a plated hot breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, breakfast sausages, mushroom, hash browns, tomatoes accompanied by country toast.

Breakfast includes unlimited bottled red and white wine, champagne, light and heavy beer, apple and orange juice, sparkling apple cider, soft drinks and mineral water.
