The Gables

The Gables has the most sensational set up for cocktail parties. Using our traditionally decorated front rooms, which boast open fireplaces, stained glass windows and original conservatory all leading onto our gracious verandah.

Drinks and a selection of eight hors d’oeuvres are served to your guests by our professional staff. Coffee and a selection of Twinings teas are served with your wedding cake.

Thai Chicken Salad in crispy wonton cups

Prawn Dumplings served in a Chinese basket with Malaysian dipping sauce

Mini Hamburgers bite size and held together with a little toothpick

Provencal Tartlets of fetta, ricotta, olives, sundried tomatoes and basil

All packages include bottled red and white wine, champagne, light and heavy beer, orange juice, sparkling apple cider, soft drinks and mineral water. A selection of cocktails of your choice such as Cosmopolitans or Japanese Slippers served at an additional charge.
