 If you would like your wedding cake to be served as a dessert we will serve it with fresh berries, a berry coulis and double cream. We will also offer an extra entrée served alternately as a substitute for the wedding cake served as dessert.   Reduced rates apply for these months.  All packages include bottled red and white wine, champagne, light and heavy beer, orange juice, sparkling apple cider, soft drinks and mineral water. During the months September through to May, "The Gables" offers a special Gables Tangerine Dream Cocktail for Saturday night Dinner bookings, to be served during pre dinner drinks. A blend of Vodka and citrus flavours served with mint and lemon zest.

  If you would like to hold your wedding ceremony under the gazebo in our garden, you can have the hour prior to your function for your ceremony. We also have a beautiful drawing room inside you can use in the event of rain. Our drawing room has leadlight windows, a leadlight conservatory and open fireplace. All set up costs are included.   "The Gables" offer a special Gables Tangerine Dream Cocktail with pre-dinner drinks and Cheese Platters and Port or chair covers and sash, at no extra charge, for the months of May and September. |
